The View From The River




We went snowmachining down to the river behind my home.


It was a beautiful day. We had a fire and roasted hotdogs and spicy buffalo sausages.

It's good stuff. Glad you like the picts. It was a beautiful day, we finally had some good daylight. When it's overcast with "flat light" it's hard to see any of the contours of the land, you can't see the bumps then have to hang on when you hit one.

We had those "flat light" problems back when we used to ride quads at the sand dunes. Esp. if the sand was smooth from the wind. If you didn't at least have some tracks to follow, you'd almost get vertigo. Or like you're saying...hit a bump when you're body wasn't expecting it...ouch!
