One of the best brews I have done. First time I have used liquid ale yeast. Just whipped up a quick label.

I always use liquid yeast, Wyeast is the brand. It's the shizzle.
I came across your blog while searching some local trail links. I've lived off Springer since the early 80's and commute to work by bike year-round. Probably have crossed paths several times. Springer may be flat but the winds usually out of the north in the morning and the south in the evening - I need to switch directions. The last few days of sun and light winds makes the ride real nice!
We probably have crossed paths a few times! I work in Wasilla so I start my bike commute at the hospital and ride up the Parks Hwy bike path.
I'm just about ready to start riding in to work but its still pretty dark in the mornings. Should be light enough in a week or 2
